Tuttu for Business builds voice AI for e-commerce. We started with the consumer product tuttu.ai — a personal AI answering machine — and are now turning that same real-time voice stack into a B2B service for online stores.

Why voice, why now

Modern e-commerce still drops calls outside business hours. A 24/7 agent that can look up products, sizes, stock and order status — and text a follow-up link — captures revenue that currently goes to a competitor's chat widget. Large language models are finally fast enough to answer callers in under a second.

What we don't do

We don't write to your systems. No checkouts, no order changes, no inventory writes. The AI is read-only plus SMS. That keeps the blast radius small and the integration simple: you give us one or two read-only API endpoints and we take it from there.

Where we run

EU only at MVP: Finland, Sweden, Estonia. EU PostgreSQL, Stripe Tax for VAT, DPA available. Data residency and GDPR deletion are first-class in the product, not afterthoughts.
